| EcoBroker is a leading training program designed to offer real estate professionals the tools to provide their clients with quality service and expertise in real estate transactions where energy efficiency and environmentally conscious design are key. Upon satisfactory completion of the program you obtain the EcoBroker Designation which you can then use to promote your business and certify your proficiency in green real estate. |

The Curriculum consists of 3 courses:

| EcoBroker Environmental Advantage - Learn how to address environmental issues like radon, asbestos, lead, water, mold, indoor air quality and other issues that may arise during real estate transactions. Reduce liability and save deals by learning to work through these issues. |
| EcoBroker Energy Advantage -Learn about energy efficient technology, sustainable energy options and mortgage options that award up to $15,000 worth of energy efficiency improvements for a home, at settlement. |
| EcoBroker Green Market Advantage -Learn how your enery and environmental training can add value to all of your transactions, with consumers who consider themselved green minded and those who don't. Identify new markets where your EcoBroker designation will have appeal and impact. Generate more business from these new relationships and markets. |

| Program Requirements: |

The requirements for participation in the EcoBroker Certification program are simple:
1) You must hold a current license as a real estate professional
2) Fill out an enrollment application
3) Complete the three courses that comprise the designation curriculum
4) Agree to the License & Certification Terms |
