Detailed VA Renewal Requirements & Which Courses To Take From The Virginia Real Estate Board

Starting July 1, 2007, all licensees applying for relicensure as an active salesperson between July 1, 2007 and June 30, 2009, must complete at a minimum one two-hour education course on "limited service agency".
